Minneapolis Climate Action is proud to offer no-cost energy efficiency and clean energy trainings to our community. Over multiple years we have offered Solar Installation, Building Science Principles, Energy Auditing, and HVAC courses to bring our communities of color, low-income neighbors, and women into green career pathways. To expand our work we are seeking more trainers with a strong knowledge of electricity, solar installation, and/or building science with a desire to educate a diverse group of students interested in becoming the next generation of green practitioners.
