This project began during COVID and had a large delay due to the complete renovation of the building that the solar panels were installed on. REP had to remove the solar array and reinstall it in 2024.

Providing over $20,000 annually of bill credits to subscribers. 63.6% of subscribers are LMI, a government agency, or a non-profit.
